Shipping Policy
The Olivia’s Solutions Warehouse is located in Northern California, so choose your shipping times accordingly. GROUND SHIPPING ORDERS MAY TAKE UP TO 48 HOURS TO PROCESS. Shipping charge is based on location. Ground Shipping varies from $6.99 – $19.99 in the U.S. Transit time is 5 to 7 Business Days. Shipping charges is per box.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
UPS will not ship to PO Boxes, please use a physical street address. Orders that are refused will be charged original shipping plus return shipping to us and a 10% re-stocking fee. Orders shipped via UPS are subjected to the ‘Terms and Conditions of Service’ as detailed on UPS.com.
Return Policy
We will accept any product for return/exchange in “as new” and re-saleable condition within 30 days of the purchase date. At Olivia’s Solutions, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We have a NO RESTOCKING FEE Policy. You can shop with confidence, knowing that we stand behind our products. All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of the purchase, and the product must be returned in its original packaging, in “as new” and re-saleable condition. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchange of used products.
